RRP Defense informs about confirmation certificate
Pursuant to regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 and based on the certificate received from Skyline Financial Services (Registrar and share transfer Agent), RRP Defense has confirmed that the securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after the due verification and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the register of members as the registered owner within stipulated time limit. Further, the Company has submitted certificate under the aforementioned regulation for the quarter ended 31st March, 2026.
