Aster DM Healthcare informs about Nurse Strike at Hospitals in Kerala

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations, read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, and in furtherance of our disclosure dated March 14, 2026 on this subject matter, Aster DM Healthcare has informed that it has been extensively engaging with the United Nurses Association over the last few weeks in order to arrive a settlement in relation to the nurses strike across hospitals in Kerala pertaining to their demands for revision in wage structures.

The High Court had directed the United Nurses Association to defer the strike and ensure that its members do not abstain from work or engage in any form of strike or obstruction until March 19, 2026, which was through several oral orders from the Hon’ble High Court has been extended till May 31, 2026. The proceedings continue to be pending with the High Court for a final settlement between the Kerala Private Hospital Association and United Nurses Association.

The company has informed the entire nurse staff in the various Aster hospital units across Kerala, have returned to work and the operations have now resumed in full capacity at all such units.
