Pursuant to the provisions of Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 6 of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 as amended and Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, BASF India has enclosed the newspaper advertisements, published by the Company in Business Standard (in English) and Mumbai Lakshdeep (in Marathi) on 17th April, 2026, in connection with the proposed transfer of unpaid / unclaimed dividend and resultant shares for FY 2018-19.
