Future Consumer informs about updates
Future Consumer has informed that this is in continuation to the earlier disclosure dated 16th April, 2026 regarding update in the case filed against the Company at NCLT (Mumbai) by Resurgent India Special Situations Fund. Counsel for the Company resumed his arguments. However, the Hon'ble Tribunal was not inclined to hear the arguments and directed the parties to file written submissions in respect of their pleadings. Accordingly, the Hon'ble Tribunal directed the Company to file written submissions within 10 days and for the Financial Creditor to respond to the same within 1 week thereafter. Accordingly, the matter is adjourned to 8th June, 2026 for further hearing. The Company shall continue to give update in the matter.
