Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Britannia Industries has informed that Ritesh Rana, Vice President - Human Resources, has submitted his resignation due to personal reasons viz., to pursue an external opportunity. He shall be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 15th May, 2026. A copy of his resignation letter along with the reasons is enclosed as ‘Annexure I’. Further, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company vide their Circular Resolution passed today i.e., 17th April, 2026 at 12:25 AM IST, have approved the appointment of Srinivas Maruthi Patnam as the Vice President - Human Resources (Designate) of the Company with effect from 21st April, 2026. Srinivas shall assume the office of Vice President - Human Resources of the Company with effect from 16th May, 2026. The details of the aforesaid appointment as required under the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as ‘Annexure II’.
