National Fittings informs about change in registered office address
Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation to earlier letter dated February 14, 2026, National Fittings has informed that the shifting of registered office of the company from the State of Tamil Nadu to the State of Gujarat at 314/315 village Mudhela, Taluka, Savli, Vadodara - 391770, Gujarat, India has been approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide issuing a certificate of registration of Regional Director Order for change of state, dated 02.04.2026. A copy of the above-mentioned certificate dated 02.04.2026, along with amended Memorandum of association are enclosed. The Form 22 pertaining to the Notice of situation or change of situation of registered office dated 13.04.2026 being also enclosed.
