Texmaco Rail, UltraTech Cement and Dredging Corporation to see some action today

Lupin has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Thailand in the name and style ‘Lupin (Thailand)’ on April 17, 2026

Texmaco Rail & Engineering has secured an order worth Rs 3.06 crore (excluding taxes) from Modern Coach Factory, Raebareli. The order is for the supply of Bogie Frame Assembly for Non-AC Air Spring type LHB Fiat Bogie. The order is to be executed within 301 days from issue of order.

UltraTech Cement has commissioned additional 8.7 MTPA of cement capacity across three locations in India. Out of which, the company has commissioned 2.7 MTPA cement grinding unit at Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, 3.0 MTPA cement griding unit at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and 3.0 MTPA cement griding unit at Patratu, Jharkhand. Consequent to the above, the Company’s total domestic grey cement manufacturing capacity now stands augmented to 200.1 MTPA. Along with its overseas capacity of 5.4 MTPA, the Company’s global capacity stands at 205.5 MTPA.

Dredging Corporation of India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) for the supply of fuel to its dredging fleet. The agreement, valued at Rs 2,157.07 crore, is set for a period of five years and will ensure a steady and reliable fuel supply for the company's operations across the country. This strategic partnership strengthens the company's operational preparedness while ensuring continuity in critical maritime infrastructure services.

Lupin has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Thailand in the name and style ‘Lupin (Thailand)’ on April 17, 2026. Lupin (Thailand) shall be engaged to import, market, promote, distribute and sell pharmaceutical products in Thailand. Lupin (Thailand) has been incorporated with a registered and paid up capital of 3,000,000 Baht divided into 600,000 Shares of par value of 5 Baht each.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed new hotel in Garudeshwar, Gujarat, further expanding its presence in the State. The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. The upcoming property will feature 90 well-appointed rooms, along with a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, and recreational amenities including a swimming pool, spa and fitness centre. The hotel is well connected by road, with Vadodara International Airport around 85 km away and Ekta Nagar Railway Station around 5 km from the property, ensuring convenient access. With this addition, the company will have 32 properties in Gujarat (11 operational and 21 upcoming), reflecting its focus on building scale across tourism and pilgrimage-driven markets.

ACME Solar Holdings’ subsidiary -- ACME Eco Clean Energy has received the Certificate of Commissioning from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) for 16 MW wind power project at Village: Nana Morsal, Mota Kandhasan, Dhinkvali and Dhakaniya, Dist: Surendranagar, Gujarat.

Aurobindo Pharma has received United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) approval for Dextromethorphan Polistirex Extended-Release Oral Suspension, 30 mg/5 mL (OTC), which is bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent to the reference listed drug (RLD), Delsym Extended-Release Oral Suspension, 30 mg/5 mL, of RB Health (US) LLC. The product will be manufactured at Unit-IV of APL Healthcare, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, and will be launched in Q2FY27.
