Pradeep Kumar (DIN: 07062498) vide his letter dated 18.04.2026 has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of 18.04.2026. The Board of Directors of the Company noted his communication and appreciates the services rendered by him during his tenure. K. Pradeep Kumar in his letter has also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in the resignation letter. The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations along with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are given in the enclosed Annexure.
