Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) and all other applicable provisions, if any, of SEBI Listing Regulations, LKP Securities has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, April 27, 2026 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, as framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed till April 29, 2026 in connection with declaration of the above financial results of the Company.
