Adani Enterprises rises as its arm incorporates wholly owned subsidiaries
Adani Airport City has incorporated three wholly owned subsidiaries namely Adani Navi Mumbai Airport City, Adani Guwahati Airport City, and Adani Ahmedabad Airport City
Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 2237.25, up by 18.90 points or 0.85% from its previous closing of Rs. 28.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 2215.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2251.00 and Rs. 2201.10 respectively. So far 46713 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2611.46 on 23-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1753.45 on 30-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2251.00 and Rs. 1963.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 292060.96 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.67%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.50% and 7.83% respectively.
Adani Enterprises’ step-down wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Airport City has incorporated three wholly owned subsidiaries namely Adani Navi Mumbai Airport City (ANMACL), Adani Guwahati Airport City (AGACL), and Adani Ahmedabad Airport City (AAACL).
ANMACL, AGACL, & AAACL shall be engaged in the business of Real estate activities with own or leased property, construction of buildings carried out on own - account basis or on a fee or contract basis, Hotels with integrated restaurants, banquets and business centres.
