Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Bharat Seats has informed about the resignation of senior management personnel (SMP) of the Company. The company has enclosed the brief details of the aforesaid resignation as prescribed under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, as Annexure A. Copy of the Resignation Letter from Ankur Maheshwari, Chief General Manager (HR&A) is enclosed as Annexure B.
