Pursuant to confirmation given by its Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA), Maheshwari Datamatics, copy enclosed, The Phosphate Co has informed that the share certificates, if any, received and confirmed for dematerialization by aforesaid RTA having its Registered Office at 23 R.N.Mukheriee Road, 5th Floor, Kolkata -700001 during the period of 1st January, 2026 to 31st March, 2026 have been cancelled and mutilated and the name of the Depository has been substituted in the record as the Registered Owner of the shares.
