BEML Land Assets has informed that the Board of Directors in their 28th Meeting held on 16.04.2026, has considered and approved the proposal for appointment of Bharti Ramchandani (FCS 11651) as a Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance officer (CO) of the Company. She has taken charge with effect from 21st April, 2026, in place of Ravisekhar Rao S V, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (A15910), whose tenure of office ceased on the closing hours of 20th April, 2026. The requisite details of the above appointment (Annexure-I) and cessation (Annexure Il) as required under SEBI Listing Regulations are enclosed.
