Brigade Hotel Ventures has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 to to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2026. This notice is pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Pursuant to the above, the trading window of the Company is closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 to Thursday, April 30, 2026 for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. This is in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018 read with Clause VII (d) of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the company. The company has also enclosed the invitation for the conference call to discuss the Company’s financial and operational performance for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2026 which is scheduled on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
