In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), AGI Greenpac has informed that Girdhari Lal Sultania (DIN: 00060931) has tendered his resignation from his position as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company, effective from 28th April, 2026 owing to his personal reasons and certain other pre-occupations.
