RPSG Ventures has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named M/s RPSG Brands Mena (RBMPL) on April 21, 2026 with Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. RBMPL has been incorporated with a view to explore business opportunities in trading in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and allied products both in India and abroad without limiting to MENA Region.
RPSG Ventures is engaged in the fields of information technology and allied services.
