In continuation to its disclosure dated August 14, 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy has informed that, with respect to the proceedings related to encashment of a bond by Sterling and Wilson Solar Solutions Inc. (wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the Company) against Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland and Zurich American Insurance Company, the parties have entered into a settlement agreement to release and discharge each other from all the claims and counter claims. Accordingly, the parties have filed a motion for dismissal and the United States District Court, Eastern District of Washington (‘Court’) has passed an order of dismissal of the legal proceedings. The details required in accordance with the SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, on update of material litigation(s) or dispute(s) are enclosed as ‘Annexure-A’.
