Currency futures for April expiry trade weaker with 1.42% increase in OI
The partially convertible rupee is currently trading at 94.05, weaker compared to its Wednesday’s close at 93.7850. The rupee opened at 94.03 and touched day’s high of 94.17 and low of 93.98.
The April currency futures were trading at 94.0250 with a spread of 0.0075 and a volume of 1,44,364. The contract opened at 93.9125 weaker from its previous closing of 93.7775. The open interest (OI) stood at 16,84,670 up by 1.42% compared to its previous close of 16,61,046.
