Sayaji Hotels informs about disclosure on non-applicability of large corporate
With reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021 updated on April 13, 2022 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHSRACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023 (‘SEBI Circulars’) with respect to fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities and Disclosure and Compliances thereof by such Large Corporates. In this regard, Sayaji Hotels has confirmed that the Company does not fall in the category of Large Corporates as per the applicability framework provided in the said Circular and a disclosure is this regard is enclosed as Annexure A.
