Waa Solar informs about updates
Waa Solar has informed that Waa Solar has executed 07 (Seven) Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), with Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company (a Government of MP Undertaking) aggregating to a total capacity of 48.15 MW, for concessions awarded under Feeder level Solarization, PM-KUSUM C Yojana. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Master Circular bearing Ref. No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure I.
