PVV Infra has informed that in continuation to the Outcome of the Meeting of the Board of Directors of PVV Infra held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, wherein the Board of Directors of the Company had, approved the First and Final Call on the partly paid-up equity shares issued on a rights basis. In this regard, the Company has revised the Call Money Payment Period for the First and Final Call on the partly paid-up equity shares of the Company.
