Integra Engineering India informs about resignation of CFO
Integra Engineering India has informed that Kunal Thakrar has conveyed his decision to resign from the post of Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the Company, due to personal reasons. He will continue to discharge his duties as the Chief Financial Officer (KMP), until the close of business hours on Friday, May 29, 2026, to facilitate smooth transition. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is annexed as Annexure A and the letter of resignation is annexed as Annexure B.
