Viji Finance informs about outcome of EGM
Viji Finance has informed that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company was held today, i.e. Thursday, 23rd April, 2026 through video conference (VC)/other audiovisual means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The meeting commenced at 11:33 AM (IST). The Registered Office of the Company has been deemed as the venue for the meeting and the proceedings of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting have been deemed to be made thereat, to transact the businesses as stated in the Notice dated 24th March, 2026 convening the EGM, without the physical presence of the members at a common venue.
