Aadhar Housing Finance submits board meeting intimation
Aadhar Housing Finance has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) and 50(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 5th May, 2026, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results along with the Joint Statutory Auditors Report for the year ended 31st March, 2026. As informed through communication dated 24th March 2026, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from 1st April, 2026 and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of Audited financial results i.e. up to 7th May, 2026.
