Antariksh industries informs about shifting of registered office
Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Antariksh industries has informed that the Regional Director (Western Region-II) vide its order dated March 27, 2026, has approved the proposed Shifting and the same has been taken on record by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, today, April 23, 2026. Accordingly, the registered office of the Company is now situated at: 5th Floor, 505, 3rd Eye Vision, Opp. Shivalik Plaza, Panjarapole, IIM, Ahmadabad City, Ahmedabad- 380015, Gujarat, India. Pursuant to the change of registered office from ‘State of Maharashtra’ to the ‘State of Gujarat’, the Corporate Identification Number (CIN) of the Company has changed from L74110MH1974PLC017806 to L74110GJ1974PLC176953. A copy of the new certificate of registration of Regional Director order for Change of State, is enclosed.
