Inventurus Knowledge Solutions’ U.S. subsidiary -- Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. (IKS) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TruBridge, Inc. (TruBridge), a prominent provider of healthcare technology solutions for rural and community hospitals. This proposed strategic acquisition underscores a commitment to broaden access to high-quality care and support the clinicians and hospitals that serve communities across the United States.
Gujarat Themis Biosyn has signed an asset purchase agreement to acquire a portfolio of anti-tuberculosis (TB) and anti-infective brands from Sanofi, the French-holding company of the Sanofi group, headquartered in Paris. GTBL now looks forward to working with Sanofi to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of supply to patients globally. The acquisition, which remains subject to obtaining antitrust and foreign direct investment approvals in applicable jurisdictions, would involve 13 established branded generic products with a strong presence across more than 55 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Tata Power Company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in the name of ‘TP Urja’. TP Urja will engage in providing power and energy services and undertake activities related to other forms of energy.

KD Green Industries’ 51% subsidiary -- Shivam Pipes has secured orders aggregating to Rs 31.5 crore (approximately) for the supply of Galvanized Steel Tubular Poles to north eastern state electricity boards and Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL). These orders have been received during the period January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026, with a delivery timeline of 1 to 4 months, providing strong near-term revenue visibility. The orders have been awarded through contractors executing power distribution and telecom infrastructure projects for respective utilities and government agencies.
Star Cement’s subsidiary -- Star Cement North East (SCNEL) has acquired 100% shareholding of Jaitaran Renewable Power (JRPPL) from the shareholders of JRPPL. Consequently, JRPPL became the wholly owned subsidiary of SCNEL and a step down subsidiary of Star Cement.
