Indian Energy Exchange has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has reported 10.69% rise as its net profit at Rs 123.96 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26) as compared to net profit of Rs 111.99 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 12.84% at Rs 194.36 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 172.24 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 10.81% rise in its net profit at Rs 129.77 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 117.11 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 12.52% at Rs 196.44 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 174.59 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 14.24% rise in its net profit at Rs 473.71 crore as compared to Rs 414.65 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 13.85% at Rs 744.94 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 654.29 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 14.85% rise in its net profit at Rs 492.92 crore as compared to Rs 429.17 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 13.63% at Rs 746.95 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 657.37 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
