Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Hardy has informed that it enclosed the Notice of Postal Ballot dated 24th April, 2026, along with the Explanatory Statement, being sent to the members of the Company for seeking their approval on the resolutions as set out in the said notice. ‘The Notice of Postal Ballot is also being made available on the website of the Company _ co@bhardys.com.
