Chambal Breweries and Distilleries informs about disclosure
Chambal Breweries and Distilleries has informed that the Company has listed its specified securities on BSE and therefore, as per the Regulation 15(2)(b) of the Listing Regulations, the compliance with the Corporate Governance provisions as specified in Regulations 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 and clause (b) to (i) and (t) of sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and Para C, D and E of Schedule V to the Listing Regulations shall not be applicable to the Company. Considering the above-mentioned facts, the Company is not required to submit an Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of the Listing Regulations for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
