Mangalam Industrial Finance submits annual disclosure
With reference to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172- dated October 19, 2023 read with Chapter XII of SEBI Operational Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021 (updated as on April 13, 2022), Mangalam Industrial Finance has confirmed that for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 the Company does not fulfil any of the criteria of ‘Large Corporate’ as provided in the aforesaid SEBI Circular. Accordingly, the Company is not required to submit Annual Disclosure in format ‘Annex - XII-B2’ specified in the aforesaid circular.
