Acutaas Chemicals board to consider dividend
Acutaas Chemicals has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026 to consider the recommendation of Final Dividend for the FY2025-26 to the equity shareholders of the Company, subject to the approval by members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with our intimation letter dated March 25, 2026 Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company by designated persons, has been closed from April 1, 2026 and shall reopen on May 4, 2026.
