Kallam Textiles informs about committee meeting intimation
Kallam Textiles has informed that this is with reference to the intimation on 07.04.2024 regarding initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against the Corporate Debtor and appointment of Rajesh Chillale, having registration number IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00699/2017-2018/11226 as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) vide an of order of Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Amaravati Bench,has dated 6th April, 2026. In furtherance thereof, pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, they informed that the First Meeting of the Committee of Creditors of Kallam Textiles (Corporate Debtor) shall be held on Saturday, 2nd May, 2026.
