Manali Petrochemicals’ step-down subsidiary -- PennWhite India (PWI) has inaugurated its manufacturing facility at Oragadam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The facility is set up for the manufacture of foam control chemistry to serve customer requirements in India and the wider Asian markets. PennWhite India is a wholly owned subsidiary of PennWhite, a a subsidiary of the company.

Pursuant to the long-term lease agreement for land and premises at Oragadam, Tamil Nadu, executed in early 2025, PennWhite India has successfully built and commissioned its manufacturing facility within 18 months. The plant has been established to operate in full conformity with the quality and manufacturing standards followed at PennWhite's existing facility in the United Kingdom. The facility has been awarded ISO 9001 certification, and the process of obtaining additional quality and food safety accreditations is currently underway.
