Zensar Technologies informs about grant of options
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Zensar Technologies has informed that the Nomination Remuneration Committee, approved grant of 15,678 options, to the eligible employees of the Company, pursuant to ‘Zensar - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2025 (‘ESOP 2025’)’.
