HUL reports 21% rise in Q4 consolidated net profit

The total consolidated income of the company increased by 7.20% at Rs 16,615 crore for Q4FY26

Hindustan Unilever (HUL) has reported results for the fourth quarter (Q4FY26) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has reported 17.53% rise in its net profit at Rs 2,930 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2,493 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 6.41% at Rs 15,996 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 15,033 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 21.43% rise in its net profit at Rs 2,992 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 2,464 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 7.20% at Rs 16,615 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 15,499 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 44.94% jump in its net profit at Rs 15,427 crore as compared to Rs 10,644 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 3.42% at Rs 62,934 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 60,853 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 41.23% jump in its net profit at Rs 15,040 crore as compared to Rs 10,649 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 4.61% at Rs 65,219 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 62,345 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
