KPIT Technologies has informed that, the Company has received approval from National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE on April 29, 2026, regarding the applications seeking reclassification of the Two Promoters Mr. Ajay Bhagwat & Ms. Ashwini Bhagwat (‘Outgoing Promotors’) as public shareholder. The said application seeking reclassification was submitted to NSE and BSE on February 2, 2026. Approval of stock exchanges enclosed herewith & details of Outgoing Promoters is enclosed.
