Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para 7 of the Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, Polyplex Corporation has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, on the recommendations of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, have considered and approved to appoint and designate Amit Khurana as Business Unit (BU) Head, Saraprint Division, as a part of ‘Senior Management’ of the Company with effect from May 01, 2026. The relevant details as required to be furnished under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed at ‘Annexure A’ to this intimation. The meeting of the Board of Directors during which the appointment of Senior Management was approved, commenced at 09:45 hours (IST) and concluded at 10:12 hours (IST) on April 30, 2026.
