The company has reported consolidated net profit at Rs 16.62 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026

The total income of the company increased by 47.13% at Rs 532.70 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 362.05 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported net profit at Rs 7.01 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 61.74 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 30.78% at Rs 1,801.21 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 1,377.25 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit at Rs 10.53 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 63.18 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 31.23% at Rs 1,849.90 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 1,409.67 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
