Kalyani Steels has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 8, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 and to consider and recommend the dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company, for all Designated and Connected Persons including their immediate relatives, which was closed from April 1, 2026, shall be re-opened from Monday, May 11, 2026.
