Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 regarding fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Entities and subsequent SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023, Broach Lifecare Hospital has informed the Company is not falling in the categories as ‘Large Corporate’ as on 31st March, 2026 as given in the above referred SEBI Circulars. The company has enclosed details in the format as prescribed in Annexure A of the aforesaid Circular for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2026.
