Religare Enterprises informs about disclosure
In continuation to earlier disclosure dated September 28, 2024, Religare Enterprises has informed that Care Health Insurance (CHIL), a material subsidiary of the company, the listed entity (‘REL’), has received a Rectification Order dated April 28, 2026, under Section 154 of the Income-tax Act, 1961. The order rectifies a technical error in the previous demand order for Assessment Year 2022-23, effectively reducing the net tax liability to Rs 86.66 Crores from Rs 173.32 Crores. Details as required in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure - I.
