Skybiotech Healthcare has informed that the company is not falling under the category of ’Large Entities’ as per applicability criteria mentioned under ’the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 with respect to fund raising by issuance of Debt securities by Large Entities and disclosures and compliances thereof by such large Corporate, it has confirmed that the Company doesn’t fall under the category and identified as a ‘Large Corporate’ as on March 31st ,2026, as per the applicability criteria given under the aforesaid SEBI circular.
