Pursuant to Regulation 30 and any other applicable Regulation of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) read with relevant applicable SEBI Circulars, Salasar Techno Engineering has informed that it enclosed, copies of the newspaper advertisements published on Friday, May 1, 2026, pursuant to Section 230-232 of Companies Act, 2013 read with applicable rules framed thereunder, regarding the Notice for convening the Meetings of the Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors of the company, in terms of the Order of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench (‘NCLT’) passed in the matter of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Hill View Infrabuild (‘Transferor Company’) with the Company (‘Transferee Company’) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors (‘Scheme’). The advertisements were published in the following newspapers. a) The Business Standard (all Edition) in English Language; and b) The Business Standard (Delhi NCR Edition) in Hindi Language.
