JK Lakshmi Cement executes deed for acquisition of Mining Lease in Madhya Pradesh
The acquisition aims to expand the company’s footprints in strategic market of M.P. and Central India
JK Lakshmi Cement has executed a mining lease transfer deed with Government of Madhya Pradesh (M.P.) on April 30, 2026 for acquisition of Mining Lease at Kakalpur, Satna, M.P (spread over an area of 100.34 Hectares). The acquisition aims to expand the company’s footprints in strategic market of M.P. and Central India.
JK Lakshmi Cement is engaged in the cement business.
