KD Leisures has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended by the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2015, and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has provided to its Members the facility to cast their votes electronically (e-voting) on all the resolutions set out in the Notice convening the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM). The Notice of the EGM has been duly dispatched to all Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company or their respective Depository Participant(s) on Thursday, 30th April, 2026. Further, pursuant to Rule 20(4)(v) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended, the Company has published an advertisement regarding the dispatch of the Notice of the EGM and other related documents in the following newspapers: Active Times (English) on Saturday, 02nd May, 2026; and Mumbai Lakshdeep (Marathi - Regional language) on Saturday, 02nd May, 2026.
