Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read together with the circulars and notifications issued thereunder (‘Listing Regulations’), Mangalam Global Enterprise has informed that the Company has received In-Principle approval for listing of upto 33,00,000 Equity shares of Rs. 1/- each to be issued under ‘Employee Stock Option Plan 2026’ from the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE under Regulation 28(1) of SEBI Listing Regulations.
