Ceigall India has informed that CIL-SAM India JV (Ceigall India Limited holding 74% share jointly with SAM India Builtwell Pvt. Ltd. holding 26% share) has received the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) on 1st May 2026 from Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Ltd, issued vide its letter dated 30th April 2026. The press release titled ‘Ceigall India JV Wins ₹918-Crore Jaipur Metro Phase-II Construction Contract’ is also enclosed as Annexure-1.
