Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Vantage Knowledge Academy has informed that that the Company has received an administrative warning letter from Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) which will be place before the board at the immediate next upcoming board meeting. Furthermore, the company has informed that such event has no material impact on financial aspects of the company and necessary corrective action had been taken by the company to rectify the same and avoid occurrence of any such instances in the future. The details required under Regulation 30 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure A.
