Rajapalayam Mills informs about board meeting
Further to its letter dated 25th March, 2026, informing about the Trading Window Closure from 1st April, 2026, Rajapalayam Mills has informed that the Company’s Board Meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 28th May, 2026, to consider the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended 31st March, 2026 (both Standalone and Consolidated) and to recommend Dividend, if any. The Trading Window shall remain closed for the Company’s Directors and other designated person (including their immediate relatives) until 30th May, 2026. This intimation is provided in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
