Bharat Heavy Electricals board approves audited financial results
Bharat Heavy Electricals has informed that Audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited for the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2026 have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 04th May, 2026. A copy of the said results along with the Audit Reports are enclosed. The Board has recommended Final Dividend of Rs 1.40 per share of Rs 2 each (@ 70% on the paid up share capital of the Company) for FY 2025-26. Final Dividend, if declared by the Company in the Annual General Meeting shall be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting. Time of commencement of the meeting: 9.48 AM. Time of commencement of agenda regarding approval of Financial Results & Dividend in the meeting: 10.05 AM. Time of conclusion of meeting: 11.05 AM.
